remember these, kids? they used to be so popular on deviantART way back in like 2008 and i remember i used to be so pumped about doing one, though i never really did. so, last night i even had a dream about doing one of these, so i put together some scenarios and here we are, haha! feel free to reblog or save the template for yourself if it catches your fancy!
please tag your finished meme as harteus meme so that i and others can find your artwork easily and collected. ❤
i feel bad for people who use sai but dont know about stabilizer, transparent brushes and clipping groups
this is where you find stabilizer:
i personally prefer to use S-4 for default drawing and S-7 when i need to draw really long smooth lines. this is what it does:
this is where you find transparent brush:
when you enable it, you can use your currently selected brush as eraser. this is what it does:
this is where you find clipping group:
you have to have at least two layers, the base layer and the one for the colors. when you draw on the layer with little red bar on side, the stuff you put on the layer appears only on top of the things you have on the base layer. the effect is p much same as preserving opacity except you dont change anything about the base layer and you can still use layer textures and effects. this is what it does:
reblog this to save a life
THANK YOU SO MUCH
i dont use Sai but i know most of you guys do so!!
(in descending order of rank in the angelic hierarchy)
Seraphim (singular ‘seraph’) are described as having six wings; two used to cover their face, two used to cover their feet, and two to fly. They also have a strong association with fire and may therefore be depicted as being on fire.
Cherubim (singular ‘cherub’) have four faces: one of a man, one of an ox, one of a lion, and one of an eagle. They have four conjoined wings, each of which are covered in hundreds of eyes. They have the body of a lion and the feet of an ox, and human hands.
Ophanim (singular ‘ophan’), also known as Thrones, are two adjacent blue-green wheel-within-a-wheels with hundreds of eyes covering their rims. They are also on fire. Ophanim often house the souls of Cherubim, and are therefore usually seen accompanying them.
Dominions, also known as Hashmallim (singular ‘hashmal’) or Lordships, are the only angels described as appearing as beautiful humans with a single pair of wings.
Virtues, then Authorities, come after Dominions, but neither are described in any detail.
Principalities, also known as Rulers, are described as wearing a crown and carrying a scepter of light. Not much description of their physical form is given, however.
Archangels have been frequently depicted as winged humans, but Biblical reactions to their appearances suggest that their real appearance is much more terrifying.
Angels, the lowest and largest class of angel, are described as having immensely varied forms, and so may come in all shapes and sizes,
It’s also worth remembering that most angels, in their true forms, are immensely large, and in some cases it would take several year’s journey on foot to travel from the top to the bottom of one. Also, most angels are quite luminous, and some are outright Lovecraftian in that gazing upon them may lead to blindness or insanity.
So I don’t know about you, but I’m often frustrated by the ridiculous smallness of girls’ pockets. At a bare minimum, I need to be able to shove my cellphone in there – come on, pants companies! So what I started doing was making myself pocket extenders. I’ve done this several times, for pants and shorts. It’s great.
I just got this pair of jeans, so I thought I’d show you how to do it. I kind of feel like it just hasn’t occurred to some of you that this is an option, so maybe now it will. All you need is your pants, some fabric (I just took a random piece from a scrap bin), a needle, and some thread (thread doesn’t even need to match the fabric since literally no one will see it).
See? Ridiculous. Like, half a cellphone, or only 2.5″. Useless.
So turn those inside out to expose the pockets.
Figure out how big you want your pockets to actually be. I kinda go by whatever looks like might be right. I didn’t
really measure them. Fold the fabric in half, so you have a pocket, and
then fold it in half again so you can have two equal ones.
Try to get the edges to line up enough, pin it in place, then sew up the sides! Are your stitches crazy uneven and wonky looking? Doesn’t matter; nobody’s going to see it. These are in the inside of your pants. The only thing that matters is that it holds up. So I double-did the corners, since those tend to get the most stress.
Cut open the bottom of the existing pockets.
Pin it in place, then sew around, joining the new pocket to the old pocket. I did this by keeping my hand on the inside, so I wouldn’t accidentally sew through the other side. Again, I reinforced the corners, and didn’t worry about what it actually looks like. Then I turned it in side out to make sure the inside was all joined properly.
Yay all done! And the pockets are so much bigger now!
Whaaaat I can fit my entire phone and entire hand and probably something else now, are girls’ pockets even allowed to do that?! Heck yeah they are.
I accidentally created the most soothing drink in the world after trying to recreate the hot honey drink in Ponyo! I guarantee it will remove all stress and troubles, I’ve had like 3 today because it makes me so happy
I JUST MADE THIS AND IT’S SO TASTY
